We live in a dynamic, ever-changing world that necessitates an equally dynamic classroom experience. Students do not need to learn how to solve every problem, but rather learn the tools to develop solutions to multiple scenarios. My willingness to introduce new techniques and content in the classroom reflects my understanding that my role is not to foster walking encyclopedias but rather to aid in the development of vibrant individuals who utilize their perspectives in conjunction with learned material to act as dynamic problem solvers. Anyone can learn if they choose to, all they need is a foundation that they build on with their experience.
